When can I move in?
You can move in anytime after completing your contract and receiving your gate code.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We appreciate a 10-day notice before you move out.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
We require a government-issued photo ID (example: driver's license, state ID or passport).
Do I need to sign a long- term lease?
No, we rent on a month-month basis.
Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?
No. At the time of signing, you will be given your own security gate code that will allow you access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay in person, by mail, or online through our website. You may also sign up to have your payments automatically deducted monthly from your credit card.
What forms of payments do you accept?
Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Cash.
Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?
Yes. We sell various moving supplies in our office.
Do I need storage insurance?
They say you should plan for the best, but prepare for the worst. At Yucca RV and Self Storage, you can plan on clean and secure storage units, and feel prepared with easy short-term storage insurance policies that won’t put your long-term homeowner’s insurance at risk.
How do I know how much storage space I will need?
You can either use our Space Estimator on our website or call our manager for assistance.
Do I need to bring my own lock?
No. We require that you purchase a disc lock from us - they are available in the office for $10.
Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?
Liquids, exposives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables (food items) and any illegal substances. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
What are my actual move-in cost?
First month's rent and the purchase of your disc lock.
